Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to formally notify you that Mr. Hamza Saleem is no longer associated with Tabani Real Estate and is not authorized to represent the company or issue any receipts or documents on its behalf. Accordingly, Tabani Real Estate will not acknowledge, accept, record, or process any receipt or payment-related document concerning the purchase or sale of any property unless it has been duly authorized and signed by all of the following authorized representatives: Mr Asif Tabani, Abdul Qadir Tabani, and Abdul Rauf Tabani.

Any receipt or payment-related document issued without the signatures of the abovementioned authorized representatives shall be considered unauthorized. Tabani Real Estate will not recognize, record, or process it.

This directive is issued to ensure proper documentation, transparency, and compliance with the company’s authorization and record-keeping procedures. All concerned parties are required to strictly adhere to this policy with immediate effect. Any transaction or payment shall only be considered valid upon receipt of properly authorized documentation bearing the required signatures. For clarification regarding authorized receipts or transactions, please contact the management office directly.
