Subject: Notice of Non-Acceptance of Unauthorized Receipts

This is to formally notify that Tabani Real Estate “WILL NOT” acknowledge or accept any receipts concerning the purchase or sale of property, nor any payment-related receipts, unless they are duly authorized and signed by Mr. Asif Tabani, Mr. Abdul Qadir Tabani, and Mr. Abdul Rauf Tabani.

Any receipt issued without the aforementioned authorized signatures will be considered non-compliant with company policy and will not be accepted, recorded, or processed under any circumstances.

This directive is issued to ensure uniformity in documentation practices and to maintain structured authorization protocols within the organization. Strict adherence to this policy is required from all concerned parties.
